Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Lexia Voyager Sopris, Inc., Dallas, TX, for the latter to provide virtual professional development sessions to District staff, as stated in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Special Education Department, for the period of August 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $48,800.00.
