Approval/authorization by the Board of Education for the Superintendent of Schools, or designee, to file on or before March 25, 2020 (with leave to adjust formatting and make non-substantive modifications as necessary), the District's 2020-2021 E-Rate Category 1 Application - Data Communication Services/Internet Access - for funding with the federal Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Services Administration Company (USAC), Washington, DC, seeking $1,650,000.00 or more in funding, and upon award, in whole or in part, acceptance of same, pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof; continue procurement through attached, previously approved, existing contracts (July 1, 2019-April 1, 2025) with Sonic, AT&T, Comcast, and Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE) for said E-Rate Category 1 services, with required District's match of said E-Rate funding for said costs 2020-2021 School Year; up to $413,00.00 is hereby appropriated for same in District's 2020-2021 Budget.
