Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Facilities Contract between District and Oakley and Oakley, Oakland, CA, for the latter, due to change in project scope, to provide the electrical, and fire alarm systems to include the replacement of the electrical service fire / intrusion alarm at the existing CDC, with adjustments for the systems at the temporary classrooms in conjunction with the Webster Academy CDC Replacement Building Project in an additional amount not to exceed $9,955.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $51,000.00 to $60,95.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
