Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, by and between the District and Moka Engineering and Construction, LLC, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide additional landscaping and grading work including asphalt patch work, site cleaning, trenching and irrigation which includes PCO No. 1 for the Stonehurst Elementary School Phase II Site Improvements Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $16,319.23, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $330,800.00 to $347,119.23. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
