Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement between the District and D-Line Constructors, Inc., Oakland, CA, extending duration of project for 51 days, from December 14, 2017 through April 28, 2018 to June 18, 2018 and for additional services of asphalt work (PCO 2) for the Bret Harte Middle School Field Project, in the additional amount not to exceed $2,687.53, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $1,208,630.00 to $1,211,317.53. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
