Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the District and the Bay Area Collaborative (BAC), to establish a fee to be paid by the Special Education Local Plan (SELPA) for membership to support the services provided by the SELPA(s) serving as Chair of the Bay Area Collaborative (BAC), as enumerated in Section 1 of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $800.00.
