Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1 of a Professional Services Contract between District and Mona Chitkara, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 372.5 additional hours of professional development and collaboration with teachers throughout school year and support in classroom (16 hours per week); support arts integrated lesson planning 3 hours per month and support materials management up to 3 hours per week; assist students to create 10 arts integrated projects during the 2009-10 school year; assist teachers to plan 10 arts integrated projects and implement and assess same with support of Arts integrated coach, at ACORN Woodland Elementary School, at an additional cost not to exceed $12,665.84, increasing the Contract from a not to exceed amount of $9,114.16 to $21,780.00, for the period October 1, 2009 through June 17, 2010.
