Approval by the State Administrator of Amendment No. 2 of Professional Services Contract between District and Sports4Kids, for the latter to provide an additional 120 hours for a structured, safe and inclusive environment on the playground by additional coordination of a variety of school yard sports and games during recess and lunch and after school; develop and coordinate after school physical activity and academic enhancement programs; coordinate interscholastic evening basketball and volleyball leagues; implement a youth leadership program with the Junior Coach Program for the period January 15, 2009 through June 30, 2009, at Howard Elementary School, in an additional amount of $5,000.00 increasing contract from $18,500.00 to a not to exceed amount of $23,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain in full force and effect.
