Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement between the District and Zum Services, Inc., Redwood City, CA, for the latter to provide specialized transportation services for students per their IEP's to school sites and programs, as part of the RFP process, for the period of August 13, 2018 through June 30, 2021, in the total amount not to exceed $400,000.00 per contract year [August 13, 2018 through June 30, 2019; July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021], with option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual written agreement by both parties.
