Ventilation Scope Reduction (-$2,033,894.75): Deducted across 78 OUSD sites to reflect actual completed work versus initial estimates.
Additional Contingency Repairs (+$644.87): Added for the installation of additional contingency repairs (filters/A&M) at Manzanita Seed.
Second Shift Work Adjustment (+$11,922.86): Added to cover the premium/cost differential for installing CO2 sensors during second shift in active classrooms.
reducing the Agreement from $9,837,080.68 to $7,815,753.66, for the CAL Shape Design-Build Facilities Planning and Management Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
