Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract beween District and J. J. Nguyen, Inc., San Jose, CA, for the latter to demolish and remove wooden structure in sand box, provide additional sleeves for irrigation line, remove edging sand at sand box and provide new sand in conjunction with the Manzanita CDC Landscaping Project in the amount of $9,376.00, increasing the Agreement from $78,900.00 to $88,276.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
