Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Leslie Lopez, Antioch, CA, for the latter to provide service as the Food Bank Coordinator responsible for all operations and communications for monthly Food Bank distribution; communicate with Alameda County to coordinate monthly food bank distribution and be responsible for creating materials to relay this information to the community, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for Elmhurst United Middle School, for the period of March 13, 2025 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
