Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) 2024-2025 and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), each, by and between the District and MyPath, San Francisco, CA, for the latter, through the SA, to provide a financial literacy Train-the-Trainer for 45 OUSD teachers and staff, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period May 15, 2025 through December 31, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00, and, under the DSA, the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with MyPath, and the protection by MyPath, of such data, for the period of September 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025, via the High School Linked Learning Department.
