Approval and Support by the State Administrator on behalf of the District of the Marcus A. Foster Educational Institute Grant Application to Team Up for Sports, requesting $12,000.00, for the period July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005, for circus arts training and performing opportunities for students at Prescott, Lockwood, and Piedmont Avenue Elementary Schools, and, if awarded, to accept same, in whole or in part, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, if any.
