Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and We Lead Ours, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1909 additional hours tobacco use presentations services, as described in the initial Contract and, by this Amendment, provided training to youth's development, who will become Peer Educators that will implement their own classroom and assembly anti-Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) presentations, for the period of August 12, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in the additional amount of $50,650.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $70,650.00 and COVID Amendment thereto. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
