Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1112-0154 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract between District and JUV, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and rejecting all other bids, if any, to provide construction of a new 1-story building; including three classrooms, restrooms, kitchen, custodial, and office/administration support space; and site improvements including bio-swale, planting, play area, play structure and fencing in conjunction with the Stonehurst CDC Building Replacement Project to be completed within 365 consecutive calendar days ("Contract Time") from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed in the amount of $3,378,000.00.
