Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and EdView Consulting, Alexandria, VA, for the latter to provide school leadership coaching, a ten-month program, through one-on-one meetings and In-between practice, including discovery and identification of leadership needs and goals, evaluation of the leader's obstacles, development of a customized action plan to be followed during the coaching engagement, practice and assessment of newly learned, leadership skills and behaviors, meetings, either in person or by telephone 2-4 times a month, to resolve challenges that may emerge, and to celebrate achievements, evaluation of results and creation of a sustainability plan, with unlimited access to phone and email support school leaders gain new perspectives and develop tangible action plans for taking charge and inspiring leadership throughout schools, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness, for the period of August 24, 2015 through June ...
