Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Aspiranet, dba Experience Corps, South San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide fully screened and trained tutors and mentors to support underserved students in K-3 classrooms, providing one-on-one and/or small group support with a focus on literacy, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Sankofa Academy, for the period March 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $9,405.23.
