Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Purchase Order Agreement between District and Valley Carports, Tulare, CA, for the latter to disassemble and off-haul the existing lunch shelter in conjunction with the Havenscourt New Cafeteria and Classroom Building Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $27,890.00 to $36,390.00 and extending the Contract period of Septemer 10, 2012 through June 30, 2013 to December 31, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
