Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Attitudinal Healing Connection, Inc, Oakland, CA, for the latter conduct field trips with students, using vendor vehicles, to art galleries, urban farms, retail developments, and other art spaces that have a cost associated with admission and adding more projects to the students' repertoire, which requires additional materials and supplies, for the unchanged period of October 26, 2022 through May 23, 2023, in the additional amount of $8,450.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $25,000.00 to $33,450.00, via West Oakland Middle School. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
