Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Wellness Together, Roseville, CA, for the latter to perform consulting and advisory services on behalf of School with respect to all matters relating to or affecting the integration and implementation of supplementary counseling support services for school students in a safe, encouraging, and supportive manner in an individual and/or group setting, relevant and specific to the needs of the participating students; conduct in person or online services, if applicable; including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Individual counseling sessions, general psychosocial interventions, group counseling sessions, crisis intervention, parent and staff consultations, family engagement sessions, and classroom presentations at Oakland High School, for the period of January 12, 2026 through May 29, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $24,124.80.
