*Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Design For Equity LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to Repair Anti-Black Racial Harm and Centering Black Students and Families, and fostering a school culture that prioritizes Black students and families, as detailed in the "Response to Sep 5th email" from Black educators at school and aligned with the "Transforming School Culture" demand letter at Fremont High School (FHS), via the Office of Equity, for the period of October 15, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00.
