Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Robert Frazier, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide instruction in performing arts to include band, choir, and percussive studies; work to center brass instruments, weekend academies, and evening recitals that align with the music departments schoolwide and family performances at Montera Middle School, for the period of April 1, 2026 through June 13, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
