Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and R&D Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Family Intervention Specialist to help identify all students TK - 5th Grade who are struggling academically and behaviorally using a variety of data points, including chronic absenteeism, assessments (SRI, SMI, SBAC, F&P), uniform behavior referrals and parent requests; provide daily push-in support to all students who fall under one or more of the criteria; convene regular family meetings of all students who are chronically absent, tardy, or who receive more than 3 behavior referrals in a month; convene COST team meetings and be a part of the SST and the Culture and Climate Team, and meet regularly with teachers, at Burckhalter Elementary School, for the term of August 28, 2015 through June 17, 2016 , in an amount not to exceed $18,000.00.
