Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and East Bay Basketball officials Association, Hercules, CA, for the latter to work with Oakland Athletic League (OAL) by providing officials for all of middle and high school basketball games allowing our students to play at a competitive level while staying within the rules of the game, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of February 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00.
