Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and SEAL, Milpitas, CA, for the latter to Build Capacity for Transformational, Equity Focused Multilingual Education, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via English Language Learner and Multilingual Achievement Department for the period of August 6, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
