Ratification by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Operation Dignity Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services, working alongside the District, city partners, contractors, and law enforcement to ensure clear communication, reduce conflict, and maintain respectful engagement; including mediation to address disputes, deployment of trained staff for crisis de-escalation, and trauma-informed problem-solving strategies that support safe and orderly relocation for the 1025 2nd Avenue, Oakland, CA 94606 Project, as further described in Section 1 and Exhibit A of this Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00, with the term for the performance of Services being the duration of the Project (Section 3 of this Agreement).
