Ratification by State Administrator on behalf of the District of Professional Services Agreement with Marvin Saltzberg, Hercules, CA, for State required inspection services for the Old Chabot Community Day School Site Reutilization Project for the period commencing December 1, 2004, and shall conclude upon completion of the project, or permanent abandonment of the Project by the District, or February 25, 2005, whichever date comes first, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
