Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Hatchuel Tabernik & Associates Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide professional grant-writing services; coordinate development of materials and planning work between all partners within and outside of OUSD contributing to the submittal, including research, program implementation and evaluation processes, tools, and reporting formats, planning, budgeting, data development and presentation, all necessary forms for submittal of the Federal School Leadership Program (SLP) Grant, and bear primary responsibility for overall coordination of and timely submission of the grant application to the Department of Education, for the period of June 15, 2013 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $15,156.00.
