Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Data In Action, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a comprehensive impact analysis supplemental report of the Whole School Restorative Justice and Peer Restorative Justice (RJ) Program based on the data collected from the OUSD RJ program over the last 3-4 years, including recommendations for programmatic quality improvement, policy and funding decisions, as well as racial equity conversation, and provide evidence to engage other initiatives towards shared goals; with the findings to be used to inform the District-wide restorative justice 5 year plan, 2015-2020, particularly to ensure its equity-focused and strength-based, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of May 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
