Title: Adoption by Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Oakland Unified School District Project Labor Agreement (“Agreement”)- Building and Construction Trades Council of Alameda County, AFL-CIO by and between said Parties, including Unions and Councils Signatory thereto, which promotes the efficiency of construction operations for the District and promotes the public interest in timely and economical completion of public works projects constructed pursuant to the Agreement, hereby extends the term of the Agreement, pursuant to Article 22 thereof, for an additional two years, from September 28, 2016 through September 28, 2026 to September 28, 2028. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
