Ratification by State Administrator of Change Order No. 13 to Construction Contract with Albay Construction Co., Martinez, CA, for the latter to perform 16 pre-approved change order items including repairing sewer, rain water piping, safety fence, perimeter landscape grading and drainage tree service, trimming auditorium light fixtures to hide gap at 2 sides, provide auditorium lighting, provide new hardware to 21 existing doors and other services as described therein in conjunction with the Burckhalter Elementary School Modernization Project in the amount of $105,658.61, increasing the Agreement from $2,751,001.99 to $2,811,697.76, and extending the end date from February 5, 2005 to December 13, 2005. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
