Title:

Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (NCSA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and Life I Love School, Oakland, CA, for the latter, under the SA, to provide prevention-focused, school-based wellness programming for students in grades 3-5 at East Oakland Pride School, and grades 6-8 at Frick Academy of Languages, more specifically described in Clause 1, NCSA, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 13, 2026 through August 12, 2027, and under the DSA, defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Life I Love School and the protection by Life I Love School of such data, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, for the same term as specified in the SA, each Agreement, at no cost to the District.
