Approval by the Board of Education of a Oakland Unified School District Master Agreement for General Services by and between the District and Terraphase Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide geotechnical and geohazard consulting services for the District from time to time pursuant to written project assignments executed by the Parties substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, not-to-exceed an in the amount of $0, commencing on June 25, 2026 and ending June 30, 2028, except as otherwise stated in Section 4 of this Master Agreement, and Contractor shall complete the Services within the term.
