Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement between District and Jensen-Van Lienden Associates, Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide drilling of five (5) test borings varying in depth between 15 and 50 feet to determine the strength, density and moisture content of various soil layers; performance of grain-size solution tests; assessment of geological hazards at site; placement of soils derived from drillings of the test boring in 55-gallon drums and stored temporarily at site and subsequently transported to an appropriate disposal facility shortly after drilling is completed in conjunction with the Life Academy Site Assessment Project for the period commencing June 15, 2008 and concluding no later than June 15, 2009 in an amount not to exceed $15,800.00.
