Approval by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between District and Oakland Small Schools Foundation, for the latter to provide twenty-two (22) weeks of coaching on organizational development, school operations sytems and data management, and provide other services, described in the Scope of Work, at Think College Now Elementary School, for the period February 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008 in an amount not to exceed $47,500.00.
