Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Testing Engineers, Inc, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide construction inspection and testing of reinforcing steel, concrete cast in place, structural steel, grout under base plates, fireproofing, and provide engineering services and a final report in conjunction with the Castlemont High School Shop Modernization Project for the period commencing March 1, 2005 and conclude no later than February 28, 2006 in an amount not to exceed $38,184.00.
