Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and 510 MEDIA, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services to support the District in systematizing … messaging and communication practices in alignment with the strategic goals of the District; encompassing considerations learned from the District’s community engagement as it relates to restructuring the District’s move towards a high-quality, sustainable school district, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Office of the General Counsel, for the period of September 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00.
