Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Expanded Learning Programs After School Program Master Contract 2022-2025 (ASPMC) by and between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to expand services for the after school programs at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy, East Oakland PRIDE Elementary School, Fruitvale Elementary School, Laurel Elementary School, MetWest High School, Oakland International High School, and Reach Academy due to an increase in 21st Century and/or Expanded Learning Opportunities Program grant awards for those sites, in an additional amount of $522,143.36, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the ASPMC from $12,038,356.45 to $12,560,499.81, for the unchanged term of July 1, 2022 through July 31, 2025, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
