Approval and support by the State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of a Grant Application to United States Department of Education, seeking funding to provide teachers with training in techniques to sustain student achievement and music, language arts, and math standards for the District's music programs in the amount of $430,000.00, for the period of July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006 and, if awarded, to accept same, in whole or part, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, if any.
