Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Davillier-Sloan, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform additional District Project Labor Agreement (PLA) services, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning and Management, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at an additional cost of $ 87,500.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $180,000.00 to $267,500.00 and extending the term of Agreement from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 to December 31, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
