Title: Approval by State Administrator of an Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding with Bay Area Community Resources, for the latter to provide Tutoring, Arts, Recreation, Leadership and Family Literacy activities for the site's Comprehensive After School Program in the capacity of the 21st Century High School After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) Grant Lead Agency at Oakland Technical High School for the period of November 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008, in an additional amount not to exceed $50,000.00 increasing the Agreement from $128,816.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $178,816.00 (maximum reimbursable amount). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
