Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Tulum Innovative Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, to provide a temporary generator to support infrastructure programming for the Data Center at the Cole Project, the generator is required by the Information Technology Department to ensure continuity of operations in the event of a power outage, as the server supports approximately half of the District's network and internet services, as detailed in the proposal dated May 19, 2025, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional amount of $205,307.00, increasing the Agreement's total amount from $43,353.44 to $248,66.44, and extending the term of the Agreement from May 15, 2025 through December 31, 2025 to January 30, 2026, an (additional 30 days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
