Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and King Construction Inspection, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional professional services, which consist of added Scope for Fire Alarm and Intrusion testing, as outlined in the Proposal dated March 21, 2025, which is attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Roosevelt Middle School Modernization Project, in an additional amount of $55,823.20, increasing the Agreement's total not-to-exceed amount from $72,742.99, to $128,566.19. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
