Approval by the Board of Education of Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Project (Contract No. 15100) between District and Allied Fire Protection, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide installation of new fire sprinklers in the portable kitchen and cafeteria, in conjunction with the Claremont Kitchen & Cafeteria Fire Repair Project, more specifically delineated in Exhibit "A" - Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with work to be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed (for the period commencing July 29, 2015 and concluding no later than September 30, 2015) in an amount not to exceed $55,900.00.
