Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and The Oakland REACH, Oakland, CA, for the latter through the SA to serve as the District's collaborative partner to implement cohesive Literacy and Math strategy for a summer school pilot at two summer sites; provide curriculum support, professional training for OUSD early lit tutors, family outreach, engagement, and support with assessment and data analysis of the summer pilot, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period May 1, 2024 through September 1, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $114,240.00, and through the DSA, the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with The Oakland REACH and the protection by The Oakland REACH, of such data, for the same term as the SA, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department.
