Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Tamara Reeder, Oakland, California, for the latter to support teachers in Classroom Management on site for up to 20 hours, four to five hours weekly, during the first month of school; provide support regarding best practices in systems of student management to ensure that teachers create effective learning environments, build positive relationships with students and address the broad range of learning issues; attend all training sesions and weekly meetings with the Program Coordinator; observe teachers in practice; model best practices; provide constructive analysis; collaborate in the design af learning environemnts in relation to standard student conduct; collect data and submit weekly coaching logs to the Program Coordinator and communicate with site administrators, for the period of August 3, 2009 through June 30, 2010, in an amount not to exceed $6,175.00.
