Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Service Contract between District and Karen McMillian, Anaheim, CA, for the latter to provide 6 hours (1 day) training on the use of the SEACO Curriculum Guide, the state mandated curriculum for use by studetns with moderate to severe disabilities, equiping 54 teachers with necessary knowledge and skills to implement a curriculum for approximately 600+ students with such disabilities in the following content areas: English Language Arts, Math, History/Social Science, Science, Health, Physical Education (PE) and Visual Performing Arts and how to develop IEP goals based on SEACO, teach functional skills using Task Analysis (TA),conduct an assessment and apply Best Practices, for the period of August 27, 2009 through August 27, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $1,225.00.
