Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Facilities Contract between District and Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct a standard AAMA 501.2 calibrated nozzle water infiltration field test for the storefront windows-doors, architectural windows and skylight in conjunction with the Jefferson Elementary School Portable Replacement Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $19,600.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $112,606.36 to $132,206.36 and extending the contract period of February 11, 2010 through August 19, 2012 to December 31, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect
