Approval by the Board of Education of Award of Bid (RFP) #26-174NS: Produce, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, K-12 Meal Program and Approval of Contract Agreement by and between the District and Pacific Produce, South San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide fresh fruits and vegetable products, as the second highest-scoring, best value proposer, rejecting all other bids or proposals, in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00, per fiscal year, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 15 (Termination) of Agreement, with two (2) one-year options to renew, contingent upon competitive pricing and upon all terms and conditions of this Agreement having been met to the satisfaction of OUSD, upon further approval of the Board.
